1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VaultCode platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts and Conduct

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. VaultCode reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate our policies, engage in fraudulent activities, share illegal methods, or distribute malicious content and scams.

3. Marketplace and Transactions

VaultCode provides a secure Escrow system to protect buyers and sellers in digital transactions. We hold funds until the buyer verifies the digital product. However, we are not liable for any losses or disputes that occur for transactions conducted outside of our official platform.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. A full (100%) refund will only be processed through our Escrow system if the received product is proven to be defective, contains malware, or is materially different from the seller's description.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect legal or platform feature changes. We will notify users of material changes, but you are expected to review this page periodically.
